  • This meeting will take place at L.A. Care Health Plan, on the 29th floor of the Gas Company Building located at 555 West 5th St. Los Angeles, 90013 (corner of Olive and 5th Streets).

  • Parking is available in the facility underneath Pershing Square, which is bordered by 5th, 6th, and Olive Streets (all one way streets). Parking will be validated for Pershing Square only.

  • We suggest arriving 10 minutes early to allow time to get through security in the lobby. We need to provide the building security with a list of meeting attendees ahead of time. Please send the names of all possible attendees from your practice to ensure that no-one is inconvenienced.
